FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

BOOKING & AVAILABILITY

All bookings can be made online through our online reservation system or the Trackman App. Choose your bay, date, time, and you’re set. You can check real-time availability and secure your slot at anytime.

For events, you can submit an inquiry and our team will help customize your experience.

HOW LONG SHOULD I BOOK FOR?

Most guests book 1–2 hours for casual play. Groups or competitive rounds may want extra time.

For events, we’ll help you choose the right duration based on your group size and format.

HOW MANY PEOPLE FIT IN A BAY?

Each golf bay comfortably fits 4–6 guests. The pickleball bay allows 2 guests to play at once, and the bay itself fits up to 4 guests comfortably for watching or rotating in.

Larger groups can reserve multiple bays or the full facility.

DO I NEED TO BRING MY OWN CLUBS OR PADDLES?

Golf: Guests get the best experience with their own clubs, as long as they’re clean and ready to go. Each bay is stocked with simulator‑friendly balls, so please use the ones provided to keep the equipment in top shape. Using your own balls is prohibited.

Pickleball: You're welcome to bring your own paddles. We also have paddles available to use at no extra cost. 

ARE KIDS ALLOWED?

Yes! Kids and teens love our multi‑sport games. Adult supervision is required for guests 13 and under.

CAN WE BRING FOOD AND DRINKS?

Guests are welcome to bring their own food and beverages.  Please keep items manageable—nothing overly messy, disruptive, or requiring special setup. Be respectful of the space and other guests while enjoying what you bring.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

We understand that plans may change.  Cancellations made at least 12 hours in advance receive a full refund. Late cancellations or no‑shows may be charged. Contact our team for assistance.
