Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms under which reservations, memberships, and event bookings at Simpoint may be changed, canceled, or refunded. By booking or purchasing through our website or in person, you agree to the terms of this Policy.
1. Reservations
1.1 Cancellations

Guests may cancel a reservation up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty.

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the reservation are non‑refundable.

Failure to arrive for a scheduled reservation (“no‑show”) is non‑refundable.
1.2 Rescheduling

Reservations may be rescheduled once at no charge if requested 12 hours or more before the scheduled start time.

Reschedule requests made within 12 hours of the reservation may be subject to a fee or treated as a cancellation.
1.3 Late Arrivals

Late arrivals may result in reduced playtime.

Reservation end times cannot be extended due to late arrival.

No refunds or credits are provided for lost time.
2. Memberships
2.1 Membership Fees

All membership fees are non‑refundable once billed.

Memberships renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
2.2 Cancellation of Membership

Members may cancel at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

No prorated refunds are issued for unused time or benefits.
2.3 Changes to Membership Benefits

Simpoint may update membership benefits or pricing. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
3. Events & Private Rentals
3.1 Deposits

Deposits for private events or facility rentals are non‑refundable unless otherwise stated in the event agreement.
3.2 Event Cancellations

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event date may receive a partial refund, depending on the agreement.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are non‑refundable.
3.3 Rescheduling

Event rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
4. Gift Cards & Promotional Credits

All gift card purchases are final and non‑refundable.

Promotional credits have no cash value and may not be refunded or transferred.
5. Technical or Operational Issues
If Simpoint must cancel or interrupt a reservation due to technical issues, power outages, or operational concerns:

Guests may receive a credit, rescheduled session, or refund, at Simpoint’s discretion.

Simpoint is not responsible for travel costs or other expenses incurred by guests.
